Passing of J.A.R. 23-05

Speaker DeCrane, Secretary Takes Enemy and the entire Crow Tribe Legislative Branch would like to announce the passing of J.A.R 23-05 titled, “A Resolution to Authorize the Executive Branch to Access Funds in the Energy Development Projects Account Established by the Crow Tribal Water Rights Settlement Act of 2010 for the Tribe’s Yellowtail Afterbay Hydroelectric Project.” J.A.R 23-05 passed by a vote of 17-0-0 and was signed by Chairman White Clay for approval.
